How it works
Dandeli is far from our Udupi studio, so the work is planned around calls, with a visit for the days that need someone on site.
We start with a call and a look at your current listing, Instagram and how bookings reach you. Then we ask for real photos of rooms, the river and the food; if they are thin, we plan a shoot day.
You get a plain plan: the pages, the booking steps, which WhatsApp messages go to the guest and when, and a launch date well before the next busy stretch.
We try the booking on a mid-range Android over mobile data, with several people going for the same date at once, because that is what a long weekend looks like.
Your team learns to block dates, change what a stay includes and follow up a held booking, in Kannada or English, before the first real guest uses it.
After a few months we look at which pages brought enquiries and where guests dropped out of booking, and fix those first.

We build the own-site side and help you keep one calendar as the master, so a room is not sold twice.
Yes. The guest picks dates, pays an advance by UPI or card through a payment gateway in your name, and gets a WhatsApp confirmation with directions and what to bring. Your staff get the same details at the same moment, so nobody is confirming by hand late on a Friday.
