Our work
No Ankola business is in our portfolio yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. The nearest real work is Nityanand Agro, an agri-products business in Karnataka. It is the same kind of business: goods from the land, sold to many buyers, with staff who are often away from a desk.
For Nityanand Agro we built a public catalogue website and an app its staff installed on their phones. It handles billing with GST and without, keeps stock in step across sales, returns, transfers and write-offs, and works over patchy rural signal.

How it works
The calendar matters more here than almost anywhere, so we start from your season and work backwards.
On a call or on WhatsApp, in Kannada or English, tell us what you sell, who buys it, and when the harvest usually starts and ends.
We send a written plan that breaks the store or site into stages, with a date for each one that lands before your selling window opens.
You send product photos, grades and pack sizes from your phone. If you want help with photos, we plan a shoot day at the farm or factory.
You place a few test orders yourself and check the courier label and the WhatsApp message. Only then do we open the store to buyers.
When the rush ends, we look at what sold and what did not, fix whatever slowed you down, and get ready for next year.
Questions
Yes. An online store lets a buyer anywhere in India choose a grade and pack size, pay online and get a courier tracking number. We connect the store to a courier service, so each paid order becomes a shipping label. You still pack and hand over the parcels; the store removes the typing and the missed messages.
It can be, if the store is ready before the season and closes cleanly after it. Taking pre-orders early, stopping sales when stock runs out, and messaging last year's buyers on day one all help. If your volume is small, we may suggest starting with WhatsApp ordering and one product page instead.
For a small catalogue that needs to sell soon, Shopify is usually the simpler choice. It handles hosting and payments, and your own team can run it. A custom store makes sense when you need things Shopify is not built for, such as wholesale buyers with their own terms or a close link to your billing system.
A correct Google Business Profile does more for a highway business than almost anything else. We fill in the hours, photos, categories and directions, and make sure your website says the same thing. We cannot promise a ranking, but we can make sure nothing on your listing sends a hungry traveller somewhere else.
Our studio is in Udupi, so most of the work happens over calls, video chats and WhatsApp. We travel to Ankola when being there helps, such as a photo day at the farm or training the people who will pack and ship the orders.
