Trade on both sides of the border
Manjeshwar is the northernmost town in Kerala, just short of Talapady and the Karnataka border, and its trade runs both ways across that line. Commercially it works as part of the Mangaluru belt. A cashew unit here may sell kernels to a packer in Mangaluru, supply a shop in Kasaragod and send gift packs to a family in the Gulf in the same week. That shapes the billing as much as the website.

Nityanand Agro, an agri-products business in Karnataka, runs billing we built for GST and non-GST sales, with receipts printed from a phone on a Bluetooth printer and stock kept in step across sales, returns, transfers and write-offs. Facet, our own jewellery-manufacturing ERP, makes GST e-invoices through ClearTax with an IRN and a signed QR code from an encoder we wrote. Rebar, our construction ERP, covers sub-contractor billing, retention and site-wise consumption.

No. Our studio is in Udupi, on the far side of Mangaluru, and we come to Manjeshwar for the first meeting and for key stages when the project needs it. Most day-to-day work runs on WhatsApp and video calls, so a visit is kept for the things that are easier to see in person.
Yes. The software reads the buyer's state from the first two digits of their GSTIN, then applies IGST for a Karnataka buyer and CGST plus SGST for a Kerala buyer. Your accountant checks sample invoices before we go live, so the tax lines match how you file.
Only if your turnover is above the limit the government sets for it; your accountant will know. If you do, e-invoices can be made from the billing screen with an IRN and QR code, instead of being typed into a portal later. We have built this before, in our own ERP, Facet.
Yes, with care. A direct store can take orders from buyers abroad, but sending food overseas has its own rules. So many sellers start by shipping within India, to family homes and gift buyers, and add overseas orders later. We plan the store around what you can actually deliver.
It can be. Many people in Manjeshwar read Kannada, and many read Malayalam or English. We write the English and Kannada pages with you. For Malayalam, you supply the wording and we set it up. Every script is then checked on ordinary phones so it displays cleanly.
Yes. Opening stock, customer lists and balances usually move across from Tally exports or spreadsheets, and we check the totals with you before the switch. Older bills can stay in the old system for reference, so nothing is lost if a past invoice is needed.
