How it works
Most of the work happens on WhatsApp and video calls. We travel down from Udupi when seeing the shop or unit will change the plan.
We talk on the phone or WhatsApp first. If the job needs it, we come to your shop or unit to see how orders, stock and enquiries move today.
Before any design, we agree which languages the site uses and who writes each one. We write the English and Kannada with you; Malayalam wording comes from your side, and we set it up.
You get a plain written plan: the pages or screens, what each one does, what comes first and what can wait. You approve it before we build.
Each stage arrives as a link on WhatsApp. You check it on your own phone, and a partner or relative in the Gulf can check it from there too.
We put the site live with the domain and hosting in your name, show your staff how to update it, and stay on for fixes and changes.
Questions
Yes. Our studio is in Udupi, Karnataka, and the state border changes very little in how we work. GST rules are the same on both sides, and most of the day-to-day work runs on WhatsApp and video calls. We visit for the first meeting, and at key stages when the project needs it.
Yes, one site can carry Malayalam, English and Kannada side by side. We write English and Kannada with you. We do not write Malayalam ourselves, so that text comes from you or a translator, and we make sure the script displays properly on ordinary phones. For many shops, clear English plus WhatsApp is enough to start.
Yes. An online store can take payment from a buyer abroad and deliver to an address in Kasaragod district. We set up the payment options with you, ask for both the buyer's and the receiver's details at checkout, and can send order updates to both of them on WhatsApp.
Many shops start with WhatsApp alone, and that works for a while. It stops being enough when buyers you have never met want to see what you sell before they message, or when typing order updates takes hours each day. A small website plus WhatsApp messages sent from your own system solves both problems.
Not always. If the trouble is one register for stock and dispatch, a small piece of custom software may be enough. If billing, stock, purchases and staff access are all tangled together, an ERP built around your process makes sense. We look at how you work first and tell you which it is.
