How it works
The studio is in Udupi, so we plan the visits carefully and keep everything else on calls and WhatsApp.
For the first meeting we come to you, or you visit the studio if you are in Udupi. We look at how enquiries reach you today: phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp.
Within about a week you get a plain document: the pages or screens, who will post updates, what we need from you, such as photos, a room list or admission dates, and a timeline.
You check progress on your own phone every week or two. For a lodge the room pages come first; for a college, the notice board, because that is what staff touch daily.
We time the launch away from festival crowds at Dharmasthala or the admission rush, so staff are not learning a new system in the middle of it.
Changes go to one WhatsApp number that reaches the people who built the site. The domain, hosting and logins are in your name from day one.
