Two economies, one small town
Malpe sells almost everything to people who are not standing in Malpe. The export buyer is in another city or another country, and the traveller is booking from home. Neither can walk in and look first, so the website has to do that job for them.

Our work
No Malpe business is among our projects yet. The closest work we can show is in Udupi, just inland, and it deals with the same two problems Malpe businesses have: being found by people from elsewhere, and working on a weak phone signal.
Padmavathi Tours & Travels, an Udupi chauffeur-hire company, runs on a 190-page site covering every vehicle, route and town its customers search for, with each enquiry sent to the owner's phone at once. That site handles enquiries only, with no live booking behind it, and we have not yet shipped a booking engine we can show you. For stock on patchy signal, Nityanand Agro's staff use an installable app that keeps sales, returns, transfers and write-offs in step.

How it works
Malpe runs on seasons, so the plan starts from the calendar: the fishing ban, the monsoon, and the months when the beach is full.
The first meeting is at your unit, office or property. We see how orders and bookings come in now. Kannada or English, as you prefer.
On paper, the plan sets out what we build, in what order, and when it must be live. Tourism work aims to be ready well before October; harbour work can use the quiet weeks of the ban.
Distant buyers and guests look for proof, so the site shows your real rooms, boats or processing unit. We plan the shot list with you.
Before launch we try the booking and enquiry forms on a phone at the harbour and on the beach, on a weak connection, not only in the studio.
In season we fix problems quickly and change photos or details when you ask. In the monsoon we look back at what worked and plan the next season.
Questions
Yes. An export site needs to show species and sizes, processing and packing, certificates and company details clearly, with real photos from your unit. It is read mostly by buyers who have never met you, so it is written in plain English and made to load fast. Enquiries reach you by email and WhatsApp as soon as they are sent.
Yes, that is what a booking system does. Guests pick dates on a room calendar, pay an advance by UPI or card, and get a confirmation on WhatsApp. You see every booking in one place, so the same room is never given twice. We have not shipped a live booking engine to show yet, so we walk you through the build step by step.
Yes, as new work. Boat and water-sports booking runs by time slot with a limit per group, plus a clear rule for days when the sea is too rough. Bookings, changes and cancellations go out on WhatsApp. The screens are made for a phone on the beach, because that is where staff and many guests will use them.
The site stays up all year, but what it says should change. In the monsoon a beach business can show when it reopens and take early bookings for the season. A harbour business can use the quiet weeks of the fishing ban to add products or update photos. We plan these changes with you, so the site never looks forgotten.
English comes first for export buyers and for tourists from other states. Kannada helps with local customers, suppliers and staff, especially for notices and directions. A business that serves both groups can have one site that switches between the two languages, so there are not two separate sites to keep up to date.
The studio is in Udupi; Malpe has no office of ours. We are close by, so we come to the harbour, the beach or your property to start the work and again when each stage is ready. In between, it is WhatsApp and phone calls, and you can always drop in at the Udupi studio.
